Silvercup West, a $1 billion project for a six-acre site in Queens, brings significant exceptions to the rules of waterfront development in the wake of this enormous employer’s desire to grow. 

Oddly, the consensus seems to be, that at the base of the Queensboro Bridge, it all seems to work, and the community affected offers little or no challenge on its spin-offs and impacts.  Who will ask the tough questions?
